Conditions of Use

Renter must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and reside in or be visiting The Villages, FL communities during the rental period. Renter acknowledges they fully understand how to safely operate a golf cart and will comply with all golf cart rules and regulations applicable within The Villages, FL. Golf carts are to be used only within The Villages communities and may not be transported or operated outside of this area.

Termination and Cancellation

Cancellations are non-refundable but will be credited toward a future rental if notified in advance. Bradley’s Golf Cars reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the renter violates these terms, misuses the golf cart, or operates it in an unsafe manner.

Vehicle Condition and Return

Golf carts will be delivered and picked up by Bradley’s Golf Cars within The Villages, FL. The renter is fully responsible for maintaining the golf cart in good, clean condition throughout the rental period. If the golf cart sustains damage, is stolen, or becomes a total loss due to an accident, the renter agrees to pay the full cost of repairs or replacement.

Responsibilities and Indemnification

Renter accepts full responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss involving the golf cart, persons, or property during the rental period. Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bradley’s Golf Cars, LLC, DBA Bradley’s Auto Mall, from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the rented golf cart. Bradley’s Golf Cars is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur while the golf cart is in the renter’s possession.
